“I’ve been to so many different doctors over the years trying to figure out what was wrong with my body, so many of those doctors never even tried to figure out what was wrong or even did anything to help alleviate my chronic pain. With the very first visit with Dr. Richard she not only listened to my problems but she figured out a treatment plan that actually worked with my body. My pain disappeared entirely one day after starting her treatment plan and is now only at 20-25% of what it used to be. It’s a major improvement and I feel like my life is getting back on track. I honestly don’t even know enough words of the English language to express how grateful I am to have found Dr Richard even though this is the only language I know. It’s just absolutely amazing to finally find a doctor who actually listens to you and actually cares about getting you better. I don’t even remember a single day of my life that I’ve felt even half as good as I do now. Thank you so much dr Richard. “Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone on staff was very friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My doctor was actually the one at the desk to welcome me (a nice touch) and as soon as I was done getting checked in, I was lead to the exam room by the friendly technician. He performed some tests and took images, entertaining my curiosity and explaining the parts of my eye on the image...VERY cool. The doctor then came in to discuss my results after an extremely brief wait that couldn't have been 5 minutes. She was very reassuring and I just knew right away I was in good hands, feeling at ease right away (not my usual attitude in the optometry chair). It turns out I didn't need glasses this time but I'll be back next year for my annual exam! Seriously, this was the most flawless visit to the eye doctor I've ever had. I'd been putting off making an appointment because they're usually so unpleasant... not here at City Eye! Thank you!!”
