“My mother was at Lake Park for 16 months until she passed away last week. The staff is absolutely top notch and they seem to have hired even more, highly qualified caregivers over the last year. I was on site a lot (often daily), and observed what was happening even when the staff didn't know I was observing. The more I saw the more impressed I was with this facility and with the care and concern they have for their residents. My mother loved all of the folks who cared for her. Lake Park is always clean and does not smell like a nursing home or like bleach/cleaning solutions. The rooms are larger than what we found when visiting other nursing homes. The facility was renovated right before Mom moved in and is a lovely place. Before Mom got so sick, she enjoyed participating in Bingo, Crazy 8s and other fun activities. When I had concerns about changes in Mom's health, the nurses were all over it and were great about following up with me and/or the doctor. On the flip side, when they observed changes in Mom...same thing--they were all over it and notified me right away. Great job Lake Park! Thank you for the care you gave my sweet Mom.”

This is my first MINI and I was worried about going into the shop, since I have no idea about German cars. Sal was able to "dumb it down" for me (my words not his).He spent extra time explaining what needed to be fixed, what it would take and a few of the BMW/MINI quirks.
