Family Eye Center

I’ve been going to Family Eye Care Center for 20+ years. I’ve never had a problem, and I always get good service. Dr. Ellington is the best!!!

Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and thorough. I know more about my eyes than I have for the last 32 years wearing glasses. It helps that he is also really great with my young kids.

I have been a patient with Family Eye Center for 35+ years and have always been absolutely satisfied with their care. Dr. Jerry Ellington is the most compassionate and caring Dr. I have ever seen. The staff at Family Eye Center has always been more than helpful to me with everything from billing and insurance, trying to get fitted for contacts and selecting new glasses. The Dr.'s and staff at Family Eye Center have always made me feel like I was important to them, and never rush through my appointments. I'm grateful to have such an outstanding optometrist in Vance County.

Family Eye Center has been great for my whole family! We range from ages 7 to 44! We've only been treated by Dr. Johnson and Dr. Ellington and based on just how we were cared for, I'm sure Dr. Meadows is right up there too! Both Drs. Ellington and Johnson saw my children and made the exam fun and not scary at all!

When it came time to pick out frames the girls were very patient with my children as they played "dress up" in the many different frames! They have also been very patient when my 7 year old needs his frames adjusted more than once a week! :-)

Going to Family Eye Center is truly a small-town, personal experience...no doc-in-a-box there!
