I have to start by saying the extent of my car knowledge is how to check my wiper fluid, water and oil levels. If its beyond that, I am about as useful as a fork and knife while eating pizza.

Which is why I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and professionalism of this triple A. They blew me away and so long as I am in Arizona I will never go anywhere else.

I went in for a simple oil change and I added on a oil change thing for my 4×4 drive. The way I picture it, the normal automatic drive has an oil change that has to be done ever couple months but the oil for my 4x4 drive is over a more extended period of time.

While I was talking with Tom he estimated it out for me based on his understanding of my car. He gave me a good price (google confirmed it) and I gave him the go ahead to do the work.

That brings up the most astonishing thing ever. He called and apologized, he made an assumption about my jeep when he gave me the estimate. He estimated it for double the amount of fluid/work because that is what the normal jeep/car would use but my jeep is extra special and didn't need that much work. He than gave me the actual amount which was half of what he estimated out. I gave the go ahead and they completed the work on it.

I know some of you are going to say well he should have known and given me the correct estimated. Blah blah blah. I added this service on as I was giving my jeep keys over and he gave me an estimate based on his knowledge. Once he found out that was not true he called me to correct it before anymore work was done. Do you know how rare that is in the automotive world? Let me tell you it is rare.

My husband and I drove 3 hours from our to Raleigh to pick up a travel trailer. We thought that our tow vehicle was manufacturer equipped with a trailer brake control. Nope! We called R/A Hitch and found out that they had the control for our vehicle and could install it as soon as we could arrive. Install took about 60 minutes and presto, we were able to pick up our RV and start back home! Fantastic service - smiling faces - clean & impressive facility - we are impressed!! Thank you R/A Hitch!!

This place is amazing. They are incredibly friendly and helpful when you call, and the workmanship is second to none. I had a B&W Patriot sliding fifth wheel hitch installed yesterday, and I’m very impressed with the hitch and the quality of the install.
