Erica is the sweetest most amazing hair stylist. She is so welcoming, does an awesome job, asks questions gets to know your style and every experience with her is so calming..bonus, she is so fun to chat with too! Highly recommend her!

I have been going to Jay Andrews for a little over a year now. My hair was not in the best shape when I arrived at the salon and Erica has totally transformed my hair. Maria just cut my daughter's bangs to rescue her from a self-inflicted hair incident. She was really kind and sensitive--and didn't even charge us for the cut. We will definitely be back.

Erica is my regular stylist and she's wonderful too. She listens and makes helpful suggestions when I'm not sure what I want. She's easy to talk to but is also chill when I feel like being quiet.

Maria did an amazing job on my hair! She was so sweet and was really easy to talk to! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done. I've gotten mine done a couple of times, but she still explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it that way. Definitely made me feel comfortable.

The environment of the salon was also very peaceful. There was an adorable puppy walking around and you could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed their job and interacting with their clients. Not a ton of people in the space as well so you definitely feel like a priority.
