F45 Training West Apex

Great workout. I love the structure and set up of it. Leslie is an awesome motivator!

I have been attending F45 West Apex since July of 2019 and I couldn't love it more. The location is fantastic, the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. The owners have taken the gym and expanded it tremendously showing their support to keeping this gym at it's peak. There is now even childcare available for some classes. The workouts are always different, challenging, and gratifying. I was never one to do workouts on my own during COVID but with F45 I keep coming back. I'm so happy to have found F45 and to be a member. I couldn't be more proud of my extended community and family and to say I'm a member of F45 West Apex!

This place is awesome! All of the trainers are super welcoming, and encouraging. They all pushed me to do my best and helped me to become better and work towards my fitness goals. I was only home a couple of weeks and I wish I could bring this f45 to school with me!!!

I love this gym so much! In a general sense, F45 is phenomenal workout program that keeps things interesting with high-intensity interval training that keeps it interesting with different exercises and timing every day, so it doesn't get old. It also makes efficient use of your time; it's all set up, the workouts are given to you, and you go home happy. West Apex has done an amazing job fostering a very team and family-like atmosphere where we're all pulling for the next person to push through the workout. I attribute it to the excellent trainers Leslie and Joel as well as the high quality people that attend the work outs. It's safe, it's fun, it's rewarding and it can be dang hard, but it's worth it. I never thought I'd say I LOVE to go to a gym, but I LOVE F45 West Apex. This gym has the most amazing community and coaches. We have people of all ages and ability levels, and everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I continue to get stronger and surprise myself at what I can do. The group training experience holds us all accountable, and we have FUN! Our coaches, Leslie and Joel, go above and beyond to motivate us in our workouts, make sure we are using good form, and help us achieve our goals. Beyond the training, F45 hosts a run club and periodic social events. It's the most welcoming crowd and we get results. Join us!
