Dr. Ambati took excellent care of me! She spent time to listen and really understand me. I never felt rushed here. I strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cardiologist!

Dr Ambati and NP Mary are amazing! I’ve been seeing them for several years now and they’ve always been great. I love that when you have a test done there, as soon as the test is done, you won’t wait long for your results since they give them to you before you leave! They’re always concerned about your health and any worries you have. Dr Ambati even calls you at home personally to check on you when needed or if she’s concerned about something. It’s extremely rare for a doctor to call you themselves now a days…I’m chronically ill and see many specialists and I can say that having a doctor call you is definitely very rare. It never happens. Even getting a direct message from a doctor in a portal is extremely rare now let alone a phone call! It’s usually a nurse! She’s amazing. I’ve even been to UNC Cardiology and Duke Cardiology and while yes those are also great clinics, the experience doesn’t compare. You get “lost” in those clinics. I get much better care with Dr Ambati than I ever did at the bigger clinics.
