I received this as a gift from hubby because they are nationwide and we travel often. I'm in NC and this was my 1st appt. Stacey ( sp? ) was wonderful and very attentive to my needs. Having neck/shoulder/arm/hand issues from years of abuse at work she focused on those areas but was in communication on each area to make sure it was comfortable while still assesing my problems. If back in this area I will definitely see her again!! I believe this is one of the best gifts he's given me!! They were all wonderful.

I love coming here. Oscar is the only therapist that has worked on me, and I’m one of his more challenging clients since I have a very particular set of needs. He gets me to such a better place, both emotionally and physically, each time I schedule a session with him. He’s very attentive, funny, and goal-oriented. The lobby is exceptionally clean and peaceful, the staff answers my every question and meets my every request, the rooms and restrooms and always very clean, and other therapists/clients are very mindful of others as I’ve never heard outside noise in my sessions. Booking online is actually relatively easy and booking over the phone is also simple. I’ve gone to other Elements throughout the country and have also had equivalent service, so with that said, I think it’s quite evident that Elements as a whole has very high expectations for their therapists and other staff. If I actually lived in NC, I’d be going to this Elements more frequently.
