(May 13, 2021, 9:48 am)I always have a great experience when I go to them for issues with my car or regular maintenance. Emily is my go-to person every time and is always incredibly helpful and kind. I know one of the stereotypes of dealerships is that they charge more, but I've compared prices multiple times with local mechanics and every time the prices have been extremely close, sometimes even less than the mechanics in the area.

From the start to the finish he explained the process and was very professional, patient and courteous. He explain everything in details and with the "so what" factor and future recommendations. Very respectful and supportive. Never had this customer service in my life. Best one so far!
(December 8, 2020, 12:50 pm)Staff was helpful and prompt both when making the service appointment and upon arrival to drop of the vehicle. Service writer was polite, listened and accurately relayed complaint to the technician and was clear when explaining the technician's findings. Needed part was on indefinite backorder however remainder of repair was completed in a timely manner.
(July 29, 2020, 9:15 am)Nice clean locations. The customer service is amazing. There is plenty of seating that easily allows folks to stay 6 feet apart. After checking in, I gotta text message that I could reply to reach my customer service agent. They also had a lobby full of all the latest vehicles to check out. Nice! I got a diagnostic and check it out fully within 45 mins. That also included a test drive. Fast!
(December 21, 2016, 4:15 pm)Beautiful custom and restoration tile! The owner, Roger, was a great resource and helped us select the perfect colors and pattern for our new kitchen backsplash. Cute little studio right in the heart of Minneapolis.
