Lantower Weston Corners Apartments

It is rare that you find individuals in a people-service based industry that display attributes of consistent responsiveness, professionalism and a show of concern for others. Olivia has shown ALL of these attributes and more. She responds to inquiries in a timely manner with viable solutions. She never seems to be disturbed or annoyed by inquiries shared with her. She has been the epitome of customer centric. I’d
also like to give a big THUMBS up to Abel. He has been the first maintenance person who exhibited such a high level of respect and regard for my concerns and my unit. He came in and was not opposed to putting on the shoe covers that I ask every outside person to wear. He explained where the problems could be originating from and shared what he was doing to correct them. I am thoroughly appreciative of both of them and know that their skill sets are rare finds.

I just moved in and have loved the experience so far! Olivia made the whole process seamless - I am a big Q&A person and she was so patient with me answering all my questions and even doing the lease by hand due to some issues that came up. So thankful for her and the remaining leasing ladies for all their help! A few glitches in the apartment since I arrived, but super responsive staff that helped me no problems. 100% recommend Landtowers based on my experience so far :)

I haven't yet moved into Lantower, but my tour and application process was absolutely amazing, so it's worth noting! After touring so many apartment complexes, I was feeling exhausted by different staff / leasing agents trying to push me to sign and not being clear about pricing and availability. Olivia was like a breath of fresh air! She was SO clear about what Lantower had available and how the pricing would change over the next few weeks (I was looking to move in a couple of months). Her follow-up communication with me was excellent and timely as well. As for the apartments, they are probably the classiest in the area. Beautiful, high ceilings and updated appliances. The amenities are top notch. I knew right away it was the place for me based on how well kept it was and Olivia's friendliness and professionalism. It's also in a fabulous location if you are someone who wants to be centrally located in the triangle and close to Raleigh, Cary and Durham. I can't wait to move in!
