Athletic Republic Cary

I had seen so many fitness classes in Cary. but out of that your fitness class is the best. Athletic republic trainer team has the best positive attitude and that are highly energized to teach kids.

My son enjoyed the experience of the acceleration and strength classes and the ease of walking to the classes conveniently scheduled right after his school. We had to take a break as our sports season started and it was easy to cancel during this time with the package we signed up for.

I enrolled my son at Athletic Republic over the winter months. He runs cross country and track and was recovering from an injury. In his first (trial) session, he noticed he had significant weaknesses in isolated muscle groups that he was not aware of.
In the 2.5 months he has been attending sessions at Athletic Republic, he has noticed great improvement in his speed and strength, as well as correction of the prior strength imbalances. Track season started this week, and he has noticed significant improvements in his abilities, and all pain free. We will be re-enrolling in future off-seasons for sure. Highly recommend. The owner is also great with communication!

My son has prospered from his time at Athletic Republic Cary. The facility is clean and the staff are great with young athletes. The guidance provided through training sessions has made a big impact to his physical and mental performance on the field.

Both of our boys have been going to AR classes since it opened. We love all of the instructors and the environment is so supportive and encouraging. The owner, Alen, is always around and immediately responds to any questions we have. Our boys seem to get a little stronger and faster each month, which is also nice.
