Ashtanga Yoga School of Raleigh has deepened my practice in ways I never imagined.
Stacey is an absolute gem of knowledge, compassion, and humor. She creates an atmosphere of trust - where a practitioner can come to learn without fear of making mistakes, asking a "stupid question", or feel afraid of the often bad reputation that Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga often carries with it in being too rigid, dangerous or fundamental.
Instead, she teaches to trust our own inert Guru within, the focus on breath above all else and allow yourself to enjoy your practice in whatever capacity you can give.
