Lisa and Kim are spectacular! Dr. Outten is great but he does move you along quickly after the initial visit. There isn't much discussion about how you are progressing, but the service is great and the results are definitely noticeable. They take initial x-rays and diagnose from those results, rather than just proceeding to adjust with not much diagnosis.
