Delia Vedia of Safeharbour Properties has been wonderful for us, both as a real estate agent and in managing our rental property. Delia has been managing our rental for a year now and we have not had any issues. She always lets us know if something in the house needs attention and gives us the opportunity to have it repaired ourselves. But if we need assistance, she is quick to get a qualified professional over to the house at a reasonable price.
In our recent search for a new home, Delia went above and beyond what we could have hoped for any realtor to do. She showed us as many houses as we wanted to see, was always available to work with our schedule and was very patient with all of our requests and indecision throughout the process. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable with her. Delia did extra research on properties and ensured we knew about any potential issues with the house or surrounding area that could affect home value. In at least one case, I’m sure this helped us to avoid making an unwise purchase. I will be very happy to work with her again, if and when we purchase another home or sell one of our existing properties.

Throughout the course of working with Safe Harbour Properties while renting, I was very impressed with Delia's dedication and her level of energy. When I was ready to purchase a home, Delia was the first and only Realtor I spoke with. I called her on short notice on a Friday and told her I wanted to view homes on Sunday due to a unique set of circumstances I was working with at the time and she quickly arranges showings at 8 different locations two days later. She spent the entire day going from place to place with myself and my Fiancee. We found our home, made an offer that same day, and let me tell you, Delia was incredible. Anytime I had a question, she got an answer. Any time I called her or texted her, she answered. Thank you for making this process all the more easy. We have had Delia manage our property for the last 3 years, and have been very pleased with the diligence with which she takes car of all our property needs.
As we live overseas, having someone strategically placed to take local decisions and arrange for maintenance gives both us and our tenants the knowledge that the property is well managed.

I rented from this company from 4/13 to 4/14 and would highly recommend them as a landlord. They were responsive to issues I had, fixed things that needed it and were not constantly checking up on me or making me feel like I had to watch everything I did! The house was very nice and they worked well with the owners to get things done.
