Best experience for a truck repair I've had in my life! My AC stopped working and turned out my compressor locked up and broke the belt. Bill treated me like an old friend from the start, got me in and out quickly, was upfront and honest, and best of all didn't overcharge me. Loving that cold air!!! Many thanks to the team @ NC Complete Auto!!!

These guys are great and very friendly. I scheduled a 4-wheel alignment and state inspection and they had me in and out in under an hour. They have a very efficient system of quoting and approving work via a texting and website system where they could also submit all documents. I tend to scan all paperwork for service I have done to my cars so this saved a step. I’ll definitely be back.

These guys are fantastic! My car started overheating on Friday (of course) and I thought it was the water pump based on the small leak which is beyond my ability. I called and Bill said they could work me in first thing Saturday (nearly everyone is closed or half day only on Sat). They quickly identified the issue (failed o-ring) and gave me an estimate complete with pictures diagramming the problem. They have a great system whereby they notify you via text and you can approve repairs/charges with a simple click- fast and easy. And although my repair requires more rings/gaskets than they quoted they honored the estimate no questions asked. I will certainly be using NC complete auto care for future repairs.

A call was made for me to take my car down to NC Complete Auto Car to diagnose the noise coming from a tire. I arrived and Matt was extremely helpful and showed me what needed replaced. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for some other work.

NC Complete Auto Care is a great place for me to have my emission and safety tests for DMV. They are very professional. Sure to come back and have other auto services there.
