  I can’t say enough good things about Dr Wu and the entire staff at Cynthia Gregg Face & Body Specialists. I never felt rushed or ignored during any of my visits. Dr. Wu is so patient with answering your questions (even if I email her) making me feel like I had personalized service. My surgery took a little longer than expected. When I asked why, she explained she was taking her time to make sure it was right. You definitely don’t feel like you are just a number or on an assembly line here. My best friend accompanied me to 2 post op visits and was so impressed she is considering booking a consult. I will definitely return if I decide to have additional work done. In the meantime, I will continue to purchase my skincare products there. They demonstrate their love for their work and their patients.

  From the first time I contacted them, they made me feel at peace and assured me that they had everything under control. They clearly knew what they were doing. The doctor Cindy Wu was the only doctor who was willing to work with me after going through a botched tummy tuck and even after my surgery, they continued to check in with me to make sure everything went well and I was recovering all right. The whole staff is just amazing and the way they work with patients is spectacular. Always delivering high quality service. I'm very thankful for all of their work and what they've done for me.

  I had my first visit with Melissa Stockyj on Friday. From first sight she made me feel so comfortable. She is so kind and informative. She listened to my concerns and gave me all the time I needed. I immediately felt at ease. I am so very happy with my results and look forward to working with her again in the future! She is such an asset to Dr. Gregg’s office! Thank you Melissa for everything! My results already look great and I know they will only get better! A shout out to the lovely ladies up front, especially Laurie who walked me through my brilliant distinctions program and Ashley!

  I just love Jennifer. She’s very knowledgeable and I’m happy she’s willing to share with me since my skin has always been an issue. After having facials done all over the world I’m happy I found Jenn and been using her for a couple of years. Maureen

  I have been getting facials for over 5 years here, and always look forward to my visits because of the amazing staff, treatments, and products. Because of Covid I was not able to have a facial for 6 months, so recently I scheduled one but with much more compromised skin issue due to stress, mask wearing and so on. Jenn determined it was best to not do a facial at this time, however prescribed some very specific products along with a new skin regime to get my situation under control. Within a week to 10 days I was feeling much better and looking a great deal better! Thanks so much to this team of caring specialists who really "Know their stuff".
