Joe was beyond helpful from the moment I 'walked in' with a question about a nail in my tire. He found the right tires at the right price, secured a shuttle service to run me home and back while the tires were replaced. Grateful for Joe's caring and knowledgeable support.

Joe came through again as I had another tire issue. He is honest about the condition of my tires and is not just trying to make a sale. I definitely notice the car handles better, so the alignment service was a good call, too.

Not sure what's up with my tires, but again, Joe was quick to get a new pair of tires in place and secured the rotation and alignment to make sure my car would drive well.
Recently had A 7 Service performed on my 2018 CR-V. Jeremy was the person who handled my request for the A 7 Service. I also had a minor malfunction that I ask he would look at. He was able to diagnose the minor issue, told me it would take less than an hour to repair. Since I was waiting for my car during the A 7 service, it was very helpful to know the minor issue could also be addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Jeremy for the great communication.
I just had a B 1 Service this week and it went great. In and out so fast. Easy to make an appointment, greeted nicely and a nice welcoming wait area. I had my oil and oil filter changed, and my tires rotated and balanced all in an hour or so. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.
Making an appointment online was quick and easy. This is the first time I've been here for service and I highly recommend it. The service was quick and professional. All I interacted with treated me with respect. Waiting area is modern and they have an employee going around cleaning to help keep guests safe. Great experience. I will be returning here for all service related to my 2020 Civic.
I had a great experience buying my dream car, a Honda Element, here with Joseph! What a friendly, professional salesperson -- I was only there buying a relatively inexpensive used car, but he treated me like I was just as important as someone buying a really fancy car and even had the interior detailed twice to make sure it was perfect! My loan was a little tough to get together but everyone was gracious and patient. No problems so far after a month of driving. Buying used from a dealership is worth it. Thanks Joseph!!
Arrival at time appointed and car was taken in quickly. Initial contact to let me know who to call if I needed anything and to establish a connection was appreciated! I was kept up to date periodically with evaluation and work. Checkout was quick and easy. All in all, an easy process.
I would suggest that your automated text have some kind of Honda mentioned in the name as a lot of us do not ever open anything from unknown sources. Fortunately I was able to use the previously sent text and ask about it. In turn, I was sent a quick video showing the condition of my air filter.
