By far the best rental company I've ever been with. I moved to NC a few years ago, and from the moment I met with them I could tell they were warm and care about you as a person first and a tenant second. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and their contractor Mike is amazing! My dog hates maintenance people, but LOVED Mike, so that to me shows his character. REIT sold the property I currently live in, but will most certainly consider coming back to them in the future. Thank you REIT Place!

REIT place helped us find a home in Cary. The agent was very patient and sometimes available even after work time and weekends. They were helpful negotiating with seller and pointing the pros and cons of the realestate we were looking at. I am happy with the purchase we made and recommend them highly.
