(September 18, 2019, 10:20 am)Cheap prices are what brought me in but Carl's customer service is what made me want to write a review.
BJ's only staffs one person in the tire center so you have to be understanding about wait times. Its not the tech's fault. Carl clearly does everything within his power to take care of everyone. This man HUSTLES in the shop, is polite and courteous, and was outstanding in his communication of when things could be completed.
Work was completed, torqued correctly with a torque stick, followed by a torque wrench.
5 stars for Carl.
