Dr. Ingraffea and the staff at Cary Skin Center were some of the most attentive, caring, and professional medical personnel that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the early morning greeting through the treatment process and the follow up care, I was well taken care of. I highly recommend visiting this team should you ever need skin care that includes the evaluation of skin cancer such as I have/had. Thanks again for all you helped with. May 2022 be a wonderful year for you all.

Dr. Clark and his team were exactly as I had expected. They were competent, courteous, and caring. The procedure was explained well and I felt comfortable throughout the surgery. The final outcome so far as appearance is concerned was even better than I had anticipated. I will definitely recommend them to others.

This was my first experience with this facility and I was thoroughly pleased with all aspects. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with could not have been any nicer, more helpful, or more competent. I will not hesitate one moment to use these people in the future, should the need arise. If you are comparing facilities to use for their services, THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT.

This was my first experience with a procedure of this sort (Mohs) and I was mildly anxious regarding the process - especially since it was in my visible temple area. My anxiety was quickly allayed, everything went even more smoothly than I had expected, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results.

Clearly, just by its very nature, this is not a process that one hopes to undergo often or on a regular basis. However, I would almost welcome the chance to use them again in the future if I have a similar situation or need.

On closing, I cannot finish without mentioning something else that I noticed about the Cary Skin Center facility. Among the many other aspects that were notable, I was thoroughly impressed with the especially orderly, clean, efficient, and well-organized condition of their office and clinical spaces. This might seem to be an odd thing to notice as it is only to be expected. But it curiously left a distinct impression in my mind as I was relating my experience to my wife when I returned to home after my procedure. I can't help but suspect that such a pleasant environment was a key part of their effectiveness. Combine that with their great people and you've got a winner.

This office knows how to make their patients feel safe and comfortable. I appreciated the complete pre-visit instructions including the clearly stated directions to their office. From the time I entered their office to the time I exited the door, every staff member made me feel as if I was the only customer they had that day. I can't say enough about Dr. Malone. She took the time to explain her procedure which kept me relaxed. I highly recommend Cary Skin Center and will use this facility whenever I need their expertise.

This staff is the best I have ever encountered! I took my 93 yr old Dad for a procedure that lasted 5 hrs. The nurses and doctor were so friendly and informative. We ended up having to go back a few days later, due to my inability to properly change the bandage and they were amazing again! So patient, pleasant and informative. The best!
