There are no showers or locker rooms even though they're are restrooms. They have mostly free weights instead of resistance machines. I like that you can focus on your goals. There is 24 Hour access via an app. You can have a basic membership. You can also add a strength training program. Then you can add specialized sessions. Those are at an additional cost. I've been doing that since May of 2021 and have lost 10 pounds of pandemic fat, built tone, muscle, mobility, agility, and strength. "Follow the program!" If you want to get into power lifting, this is a great place to really focus on your goals, without distractions.”
