“This is a great service company for medical equipment. We contract with them for the repair and maintenance of our anesthesia machines and the other medical equipment in our surgery center. They always respond promptly to repair calls. Although I must admit that ever since they implemented their preventive maintenance program, we have not had any incidences of equipment malfunction. They provided us with an online interface to view videos, pictures and text reports from all service events. I’ve never seen a company operate with such integrity. They also perform the annual testing and re-certification of our isolated power systems and line isolation monitors, and provide us with the documentation and support required to pass Joint Commission evaluations. Their unbiased equipment consulting services prevented us from getting taken advantage of by unscrupulous medical equipment brokers. They are an invaluable asset to any surgery center.”
