“This is the best endocrinologist I've ever been to. The office is clean, everyone is friendly, and the care is thorough! Labs are drawn in office, which is very convenient for me and more comfortable compared to having to go to a separate facility. I'm a self pay patient and I feel their rates are reasonable as well. Overall I've had a great experience so far.”

“Ketan Ramji NP was absolutely awesome! He was super helpful and nice which seems to me hard to find these days. I had to arrive early due to work scheduling and he helped me to navigate the kiosk and got me in and out quickly. Thanks Ketan! Sadie Klein NP is so nice and compassionate that I wish she had a practice. She was easy to talk to and had my best health top of mind,. I was truly a patient not just $$$ in lab work.”

“I have seen Liz a couple of times over the last 6 months. She is exceptional in listening to what you need as well as finding what your body needs to help it perform and heal whether it is dry needling, cupping or hands on work. It helps that for me she is at the gym I go to as well as a member because sometimes you don't realize that you moving in a wrong pattern even though it feel right she has been able to pinpoint asymmetry in my shoulders when going ng overhead in lifts and help bring back a sense of symmetry. Overall always a good experience and would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for an awesome PT.”

“I had an emergency with my neck muscles being so tight that I could not turn my head The office staff were able to work me in for an appointment during my lunch hour, which was very appreciated. The physical therapist performed an intake of my current problem before beginning manipulation and massage. He was able to resolve some of the muscle stress on my connective tissue immediately so that I had some range of motion before my session was over. He gave me exercises to do and watched me perform them to ensure that I was doing them correctly. Every staff member I encountered was very polite, friendly and professional. Over this two-week span, the exercises have helped resolve the muscle tension and I can move my head freely. Thank you, Tanas Physical Therapy! I highly recommend this practice.”

“I was really scared because my vision had been deteriorating for the past few months. The doctor gave an exact explanation about what tests were being done and why. She even gave tips to keep my eyes healthy. Amazing experience.”

“I been involved with AA and going to meetings for the past 23 years. I have been to meetings in different states and a few different countries. I'd never had a bad experience at any meeting until I came to the TAC. It was last July and probably my second time there. I had already heard that people were not as friendly as one normally comes to expect at an AA meeting and after my first visit, I could confirm that seemed the case, but I lived nearby and I needed my meetings. On my second visit, a woman who I will identify with only the first letter of her name "M" asked to read one of the readings for the meeting. She had interrupted my conversation with another person to ask and I very politely said "no thank you". Well, "M" became enraged. She stood there, glaring at me and yelled "YOU CAN'T SAY NO TO AA! YOU CAN'T SAY NO TO AA!! DID YOU KNOW THAT?!!! YOU CAN'T NO TO AA"! I was flabbergasted. In 23 years and thousands of meetings, I have never had someone be so rude, so classless, so ignorant and so inappropriate to me. Had this been my first ever meeting, I would have left immediately and probably gone and drank. I was so embarrassed and caught off guard, I didn't say anything. I just sat there, shocked. "M" finally moved on away from me, Thank God, and I was comforted by the horrified lady sitting next to me, the one who's conversation with me "M" had interrupted. I thought about confronting "M" before the meeting and explaining to her that I have vision issues and get flustered when I read aloud and that also I am seeing a therapist for social anxiety and speaking in front of people is something that is very challenging and difficult for me. I struggle with it but I'm working on it. I thought about confronting her in the meeting. I thought about telling her after the meeting she was the rudest person in AA I had ever met and she needed to process her behaviour with a sponsor (BTW: "M" chaired the meeting). It ended up I did nothing but stew over it the entire meeting, not really hearing what people were saying and it was I who processed the whole thing over with MY sponsor, who told me I needed to let it go and that I didn't owe "M" any explanations. I went back to TAC a few more times with no issues. I've since moved away and am still going to AA meetings and fortunately, have not had anymore issues with any angry, raging recovering alcoholics. If "M" is reading this, seriously lady, shame on you! You could have caused a weaker person to relapse. To anyone who is reading this and is new to AA, please don't let anyone, no matter what, run you off from a meeting or affect your recovery. I promise you, 99.9999999999999999999999999% of the people you meet in AA are friendly and warm. Just wanted to get this off my chest. If I was in the Cary area again, I would go back to TAC if I needed a meeting and the purpose of this review was not to sway anyone from going there.”
