(January 21, 2021, 9:24 pm)The hotel has been remodeled and has a nice cheery feel now. The lobby has a fire place, a nice bar/ restaurant and the check in staff were very friendly. The room I’m staying in is very clean, has nice decor and is filled with plugs and USB charging areas ( I usually have to search for plugs) so this is a nice surprise. It’s super close to the airport so it’s great for a quick business trip and they have a shuttle that picks up amd drops off.

(November 5, 2020, 1:38 pm)With all the obstacles keeping everyone from business as usual, this hotel location gets it right on all accounts. Great staff. Restaurant & bar open dinner till 11:pm. Great rooms. This may be my Raleigh go to place to stay.

Had 10-15 interactions with staff, every one very pleasant, positive, and accommodating.
Came in exhausted a few times, and never failed to put a smile on my face.

(July 7, 2020, 4:26 am)Outstanding hotel. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel was nicely appointed. The room was spacious and clean. This was a wonderful stay and a pleasant surprise. Thanks for doing things right Holiday Inn, great job. This location was perfect for travel.
