This 'gym' is small, so I'm not in a crowd. The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional and classes, whether online or in person, always start and end of time. I don't have to figure out if I'm doing things correctly. Finally, someplace that is comfortable, where I'm surrounded by fun classmates, in an atmosphere of learning, and improving my health.

My wife absolutely loves her girls at Heart. She'd had a personal trainer years ago and that worked somewhat, but I've never seen her as committed to her health and having so much fun since joining this group of wonderful people. They've got a great children's program so she'll often bring the kiddos when I'm still working and they've started doing kids fitness programs as well and love it.

I’ve been working at The Heart Fitness since January and absolutely love it! We are a team. The staff and members support and care for each other. I’ve worked at other gyms and been a member at other gyms but found my home at The Heart Fitness. Home is truly where the heart is and where I plan on training and coaching for a very long time!❤️

The Heart is truly all about community. I've had the pleasure of getting to know them on both a professional and personal level. They are always keeping it exciting with various workout classes, events, community outreach and kids programs. My son LOVES going to their camps and parents night out. But my favorite aspect of the heart is how you feel like family when you walk in the door. Nia is awesome, coach (and nutritionist) Michelle is amazing, and they are such a welcoming tribe. There's something for everyone there, so go try it. You'll have an awesome support group and make some incredible friends.

We’ve had a great experience with child care at The Heart Fitness!! With the ever changing school situation due to the pandemic we found ourselves in need of child care and assistance with remote learning. The instructors not only assist my son with virtual school but also provide a safe and fun environment for him to engage with peers. He’s made several friends at camp and loves going there! He always asks when he can go back! He’s even attended a few of their themed parents night out events and has had a blast! The Heart Fitness is a close knit family run business that truly cares about the community it serves. Definitely check this place out!
