We called Advanced Lock Services because we thought we had locked ourselves out of the house. The lady on the phone was super friendly and cared about us. She asked if we were safe and when we told her that we were, but had our 5 month old daughter with us, she assured us that she would try to send someone out as soon as possible (20-30min)! She informed us immediately how much we could expect to pay, without us even needing to ask. This is just great customer service!! We ended up not needing their service after all and called to cancel the request. The lady was super understanding and happy that we were able to get back inside. This was such a pleasant experience and we can only recommend them.

He was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was done right. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to do a lot of other small fixes to our interior doors as well. Very nice van for workshop, too!

We were locked out of our house upon returning home from vacation. A contractor working on our front porch blew the breaker that controls our garage. We had locked the house up like Fort Knox because we were out of town. I called this local company after googling locksmiths in my area and the woman I spoke with was so friendly and caring about our situation. She guaranteed the locksmith could be at our house in 15-20 minutes. Less than 15 minutes later he arrived. He was thorough in looking at each entry to see which would be the best to try to access. After a few minutes he was able to get us into our house through TWO door - a storm door and our front door. Would use them again in a heartbeat!! Amazing service and both people were so knowledgeable and friendly! Very cost effective as well when you can get taken advantage of in these vulnerable situations. Wonderful company!!
