We had a good time here. The buying experience was easy. They have an option of financing themselves or you can pick your own bank. We elected cash. They took care of all the DMV stuff for $500 and the mountains of paperwork. We just have to pay taxes once our tags come in the mail. We would recommend them. The owner (Mark) has quite a bit of experience. He is easy to talk to. I did not see any coffee in their lobby (which was quite disappointing). They are open what appears to be M-F from 8 to 5.

Jackie was a sweet heart we would buy another vehicle there in a heartbeat the Escape has been a very reliable vehicle. We are completely satisfied with Tri State They have great vehicles for great prices. Buying a used vehicle is always a gamble no matter were you go, That being said Mark and Jackie go out of there way to make sure there customers are satisfied.
