My husband and I met Maria back in 2016, when we first moved to Fuquay Varina, NC from New York. We were looking to purchase our first home but didn’t know much about how it worked. Maria was the realtor, by chance, that we called. From the first time we spoke, I knew she cared very much about our dream to own our own home! Maria talked us through the process and what we would need to do, she gave us recommendations for people she’s worked with that helps people like my husband and I, with building our credit and taking care of the things the lenders would require from us. We were not quite ready during those first conversations to be approved for a loan but Maria NEVER gave up or walked away from us! She continued to email and call us frequently, even though we couldn’t qualify for a home loan just yet. She was always there. Fast forward a year later and with her advice, my husband and I were able to secure a loan and finally purchase a home for our family! Maria worked with us and showed us every home we could find, not to mention, the many she had in mind for us as well. Within months, we went from that loan approval, to the closing on our very first home! Maria was wonderful and we are beyond thankful that she came into our lives!! She started off as a caring voice in 2016, to our realtor in 2017, but over these years, has become one of our dearest friends! Maria was on top of the entire selling of our old house and buying our new home. She gave us good advice and wise tips about getting the new home inspected when we thought a new home would not have any issues. Maria really looked out for our best interest and to get the best selling price on our old home. She sold our house in 2 days and we were making an offer on new home in one week. We closed on both homes in one month! I highly recommend Maria when buying or selling a home. She has many years of great experience and knows what she is doing and who to talk to.
