Theresa was very nice. She was very patient and informal about my unit.

I really love Ms.Teresa... She is the most pleasant person to talk to and despite my issues with not always being able to pay on time, she has remained so professional, kind and firm. Ms. Teresa has a way of making me feel the need to get it right because it's very obvious that she cares about her customers. Some folks just aren't cut out for customer service...she can certainly give them lessons

The staff here is awesome! Theresa has always been very helpful with anything that I have ever needed. I highly recommend this storage facility if you want people who genuinely care about you and your items.

I am moving out of Raleigh to Garner and need a place to store some of my stuff and found public storage in Garner, and Theresa was there to show me some of the outside small units and how to get into the gate. She was very helpful
And answers all my questions.
