  My experience with Dr. Ginn was outstanding in every way. He listened carefully to my issue and concerns. He personally treated my issue rather than having a nurse handle it as other doctors have done in the past. He then gave me advice on how to be proactive in managing my issue in the future. Dr. Ginn was knowledgeable, professional, patient, gentle, compassionate and had a great sense of humor. He provided me with one of the best experiences I’ve had with any doctor. I cannot recommend him more strongly. The office staff was also amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming as we arrived and as we checked out. Melissa and Jenny were so professional, courteous, kind and funny. I was a new patient and had a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ginn and this practice.

  Dr. Callaway is awesome!!! My one year old had ruptured eardrum, double ear infection, and before visit we thought her tubes had fell out. Well, we were almost 25 minutes late to the appointment due to being at the wrong location. Once we got there he told receptionist yes he would still most definitely see my daughter. We got back immediately and his assistant came in right behind us did her examine left and he came in not even a minute later. He was very patient, professional, and very gentle with my toddler bc she was scared and in alot of pain. I left there very satisfied. Will definitely keep going their for any further issues my daughter has with her ears.

  Dr. Calloway is very kind and listens. Staff is great. Would recommend this office in Garner to everyone.

  Dr. Marshall is an excellent, compassionate physician. I have been visiting WakeMed Garner since 2015, and the staff has always been exceptional and courteous. Overall, this is a wonderful ENT practice, with outstanding individuals. It is the "people" who truly make them a success, and I highly recommend this location for your medical needs.

  I can't say enough about Dr. Ginn. He's been following one of our sons for a few years. He performed a few procedures on him with both compassion and stellar surgical care. He was empathetic to parental stress and concerns (especially on surgery day), never made us feel like we were emotional or silly. The way he consistently interacts with our child is amazing. He exhibits better bedside manner with children than many pediatric specialists we've met, and he's not even pediatric specific. He seems to really enjoy caring for the health of children - attempts to build trust and relationships independent of Mom and Dad. No kid wants to be scoped, but my son left saying he was 'fun'. Actively listens, but wastes no time. Do not hesitate to see Dr. Ginn - for adults and children alike - he's a great provider, we're lucky we found him!
