One thing I loved about this community was the friendliness of the staff, and the feeling of home. I think this has remained the same even admist this horrible pandemic, and I feel that this is what has kept my mother somewhat positive throughout. “We have been going on and off to Lighting Auto for quite a few years now, and through 3 different cars. Kenny REALLY knows his stuff and is super nice and explains things simply and understandably. The first time we went, we knew he was for real because he did welding on the undercarriage of an old car we still had in the 90s. Since then we have had 2 other cars, but he has always been honest about how we could order the cheapest parts, either on our own or through his connections. We saw him again today for the first time in years, and it was still the same... explaining what we needed and getting good advice along with service.”

She offered pleasent conversation and assured we would not be back and that we were lice Free. “I am so glad we found the Chateau! A friend recommended it after trying several facilities for her mom. My aunt has succeeded living at Chateau and that's saying a lot! She is not always an easy character and has a strong will. The staff are friendly and amazing dealing with memory issues day in and day out. The size of the facility is perfect for my aunt. She can find her way around and not get lost. All the staff know all the clients. I like that I see familiar staff every time I visit. Walking with a loved one through dementia is not an easy journey. ..I am grateful for the people at Chateau that have helped bring some stability and joy to my aunt down this difficult road!”
