Dear Manager, your food counter staff were great, but they are burdened with a long line of hungry/thirsty customers who just need to place their order and get to their movie. And there are also customers who want a drink that needs to be made. Your staff are doing both and it's inefficient. AMC should allow customers to place orders online through the app or through a digital kiosk at the theater so that customers who do NOT need a drink can simply place their order without the line. I love AMC, but this system needs to change.
This was our first time here and it was perfect from beginning to end.
We purchased the tickets online and the check-in was easy....just showed my code and the young lady explained where the theater was and where to order food (due to Covid, you now order food at the counter and then they bring it to you instead of ordering while seated).
The gentleman at the bar, John, was so patient and helpful when we ordered our food and drinks. The staff that brought everything was friendly and efficient.
The entire theater, including the bathrooms, was spotless with very nice decor. The seating was comfortable and roomy.
We can't wait to come back! Thank you everyone.
The theater is nice. Some of the recliners (mine was) are broken but everything was clean and COVID regulation friendly. The food order process is kind of a drag. Rather than being able to order in the theater or on the app you have to stand in a ridiculously long line. Missed the first 15 minutes of my movie. If you want food get there about 30 minutes early. Altogether good though.
