Old Navy

Annette at the Holly Springs location is having her talent wasted was a cashier. Her customer service is so professional and eagerness to sell and educate the customers she works with is top notch. Not to mention being bilingual is a great plus as well. She should be in a leadership position ASAP.

Good selection of clothes. Sales mean everything is disorganized if you don’t get there early, but that’s the case everywhere haha!

Super awesome experience, I usually don't shop at old navy but the rare occasion that I do I always have a good experience. The girl helping me was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find my crew neck sweater I needed. And they were having a 50% off sale so that was an added bonus.

As a former ON employee this store is the best I've ever seen. It's so we'll organized and the staff is actually helpful. A mistake was made when checking me out that I didn't notice until I got home and they quickly and politely corrected it the next day no questions asked. It's so nice to know I have an old navy close to me I don't have to dread walking in to because I know it will take me hours to sift through stacks of unfolded clothes!

Finally we have Old Navy in Holly Springs NC. They have new collections on everything, the employees were very friendly, nice and helpful.
The opening was successful, they had cupcakes, water bottles and balloons for kids.
They were giving coupons at the entrance door.
The store was clean neat and organized.
There are many parking spaces outside.
