Great Customer Service.
Nights of Lights was oversold and there is no way we are waiting in line with a small child in our car for an estimated 3 hours before we can even see the lights.
I got through to customer support immediately, they were professional and efficient, there were no issues returning the tickets.

*Note to event organizers for Raleigh's Nights of Lights. How can you sell 1,000 tickets per hours, when only 600 cars can make it through the drive per hour?
There's something called 'queueing systems', an analytic approach to optimizing services/wait times -> you should probably deploy something like that (smh).

HUGE shout-out to Etix for AMAZING customer service. There was a problem with the pre-sale for a concert, and they went above and beyond, working with the concert promoter to straighten everything out, WAY beyond my wildest expectations. You all ROCK! THANK YOU!!!
