(November 24, 2020, 3:39 pm)I’ve always used Firestone but this is by far the best location I’ve been to. I had an issue on a newly purchased used vehicle that was hard to pin point, and the manager was very transparent and diligent in trying to help me out. Highly recommend giving Ricky a call!

(November 21, 2020, 2:44 pm)I just stopped in to get my oil checked and they were very nice told me to pull right up to the first bay door and he checked it no wait time. They have great customer service. I use this location now since I moved back to Raleigh on Glenwood Ave.

They did provide me with those recommended repairs and the cost so I can plan my finances and make an informed and not rushed decision.
