Transitioning from a house to an apartment was really hard… But I can honestly say Preston, the maintenance guy, made my transition comfortable … from the very first day I met him, he took the time to talk with me, and to see if there’s anything that I needed… he has a genuine, kindhearted spirit…. He truly cares about the property and making sure the residents are happy!!!

I have had wonderful experience after wonderful experience working with Preston. He is on the maintenance department here at the community, and he has been so helpful and kind to me in all areas of my stay here. 5-stars for excellence.

I love it here! Preston the maintenance guy responded to a minor maintenance call, and we had great conversation! He even invited my family to an Easter Egg Hunt and mounted my TV! Awesome guy!

I absolutely LOVE living here! I have relocated here from MD and am so happy that I decided to live here. The staff is super friendly and the property is always clean. Tiffani is so warm and friendly. My neighbors are the coolest and the amenities are awesome. I plan on living here for a long time
