Falls Academy Day Care

We love Falls! They have remained steadfast and reliable throughout the pandemic. Flexible to our family's needs and proactive about teaching my child new things! I get updates about my child's day through an app. They're very responsive when I call or send a message in the app. As a testament to their care, every day at pickup, they know every child's name when they see the parent. . . even behind a mask! They know and care about my child personally. I've made friends with other parents in the cohort. Highly recommend Falls Academy.

My children attended this school for three weeks before I had to switch them over to another because of location. I loved how I was always updated about the little ones day, but disliked that I never had any updates for my three year old. The center is clean and everyone is always friendly and answers any question I have at ANY time. The tuition is affordable compared to most daycares in the same area. The only area of management that really got to me was the handling of a confirmed covid case. My two children and I are self quarantined for two weeks because there WAS a confirmed case, and the daycare is opening the next day. I understand that parents of all of these students need to have childcare but there's never just one case. I won't be putting myself or loved ones at risk by allowing them back into the daycare without a quarantine in place.

I am so lucky to have found Falls Academy. As a first time mom I was scared to leave my 10 week old in the care of people I barely knew, but once I met the director, Ms. Aimee I immediately saw her dedication and genuine intentions to provide the best care. She’s hired amazing people, the facility is immaculate and the children all seem so happy. I truly recommend this daycare. My daughter is learning so much (sleep/feeding routine, playing, etc.) and they are great at keeping me informed all day of how my child’s day is going via their app.

I am an employer at Falls Academy as a Two Year Old teacher!!!! I have worked at many childcare facilities and I must say that this is one of my favorites. The Owner The Byrd's are caring and the most involved owners that I have met. I feel that we had a storm come through to try to destroy the business, but under new manager I feel we will raise back to the top. Ms.Aimee, our new director is a well round person of leadership. With her education and experience and AWESOME staff we will SHINE again. When I got conformation the last director had set sail, I was happy to RETURN.

I have had my son at Falls Academy for a little over a year now and we love it. He loves all of his teachers and it shows that they love him just as much! The staff is very friendly and are quick to inform me of any changes or incidents that may occur. There have been a few changes to the administration, however, you have to remove bad apples to keep the bunch from going bad. Falls academy is a great daycare and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe and welcoming place to take their child.
