Spent the most difficult day of my life here when we had to put my boy Dexter down after 12.5 very happy years. The staff at this place are complete experts on candor, delivering tough messages clearly so you can understand them, and most of all, compassion. I truly felt their empathy, which more impressive considering they likely face these situations every day. As sad as it is, I am thankful that we were sent here and I wish i lived closer because i'd make them my main vet.

Jorah is so much healthier and happier after the excellent care and attention he received here. We did have to wait because we arrived as an emergency but he was stable so we waited. However, the grounds are pretty and we were able to walk him and sit with him in the shade until they could see him. After we went in, things went quicker and efficiently. The doctor and assistant were kind and patient with him. They found the problem quickly, treated him, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend for any pet emergency. Even Jorah wouldn't mind going back.

The entire staff was amazing. From the moment I entered the door with my sick kitty, the care for him and me was extraordinary. I especially appreciated the morning and evening update calls concerning him, how he was doing and what to expect going forward. Because of the care received, what could have been tragic wasn't. Thanks to the entire staff my kitty is back at home after a 2 day stay and is on the mend. Truly thankful!

I have been to the emergency vet here as well as the regular vet. At both places the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, genuine, caring and so helpful. They helped me to schedule a nutritional consult for my dogs as well, which they will definitely benefit from. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their prices are very reasonable and they explain everything before actually charging you. Love them!

Had a kitty emergency with our little Sassy pants on a Sunday. Drove 40 minutes to get to this facility. Everyone we met on staff was kind, professional, and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Seated us in a room and kept us updated during the entire visit. Took EXCELLENT care of our kitty girl and we are thankful. They even called and followed up with us 2 days later to check on her. They told us on phone and when we arrived it may be a 4 hour wait but we were in and out in 2 1/2 hours. They were and are FANTASTIC and our little Sassy would tell you the same thing.
