We loved celebrating 7th birthday of my son. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and the environment was amazing. We really loved our time at this location. I would say though that we did experience clear miscommunication between the corporate staff on several occasions - when we had to talk to someone over the phone and the staff directly at the place. I would recommend to deal with the staff at the location directly as they were truly amazing and welcoming.

They have made appropriate accommodations for COVID. It is a family friendly place but that will sometimes slow things up if there are hesitant participants. Course designs could be better. Overall, I have been there several times with my child or children and have always had an enjoyable time. Will likely return!

Had the best time yesterday celebrating my son’s birthday! Many different courses with varying levels of difficulty, but all very fun, and the staff were great. Highly recommend!

Excellent masks compliance amongst staff and visitors. Staff were vigilant about safety overall and very friendly. Excellent pandemic birthday outing for my daughter who just turned 10. Very flexible cancellation policy too! Definitely plan on returning.

Great experience, even in the rain! I booked for Valentine’s Day and was lucky to find it was the first day they’ve been open for the season. Me and my girlfriend had a great time going through an easy, medium, and hard course. We loved the challenge and will definitely be back to go through some of the other courses! A lot of work has been done to make the park safe and and fun, and I can’t remember his name but our guide with the glasses said he worked a lot on some of the new stuff while the park was closed over the winter and he was great. Really nice guy and made our experience even better. It’s fun in the rain, but I can’t wait to come back on a sunny day haha.
