I use Express lane and I'm so thankful for this service, through surgeries and Covid it's been a Blessing. Has there been glitches, yes but they correct them . I recently had surgery and not only are they so helpful To modify each workout to make it beneficial for me, they are checking in and making sure everything is good and watching my form carefully. I have also been working one on one with the coaches for more specific training to get back into the swing of it all. They have helped in more ways then I would have imagined and are always willing to help and work with me for workouts.
