Great personalized exercise program specifically focused on golfers. As a "senior" golfer (70 + years) I particularly appreciate the program to improve flexibility and mobility as well as reducing the typical aches and pains associated with the sport. I would certainly recommend this program to golfers of any age who want to not only maintain their physical capabilities but improve upon those attributes utilized in playing better golf.

I am a 66 old male golfer and was considering purchasing some speed sticks to increase club head speed. Fortunately, in my search for reviews, I came across an article by Par4Success. The article confirmed my concern that my body my not be able to handle the stress. I took the mobility test and failed 3 of the 4 areas. I decided I need to work on improving my mobility and increasing strength. I signed up for the 3 month virtual program and totally impressed with coach and Par4Success online system. The exercise videos are short and easy to understand. My coach (Tyler) is available by email or phone and very responsive. After 2 months, my mobility is getting better and most importantly my golf swing has improved. I feel like it is only a matter of time that I will get to work on speed sticks.

I started the Par4Success program three weeks ago. I turn 65 in 6 weeks and wanted a dedicated program to help my overall fitness with a focus on golf performance. Already I feel my mobility has improved. My 2 rounds of golf in the last 10 days in high wind and cool temperatures certainly were more enjoyable as I felt I was moving easier. The program has been modified to accommodate a chronic knee issue so I’m not worrying about it during the exercising. I’m able to fit in my sessions with my busy work schedule. The availability of my coach for questioning and meeting online is a true bonus that has me fully engaged
