WaterWalk Raleigh RTP

I cannot say enough about WaterWalk RTP. I was relocating out of NC and had booked an Airbnb house for my last two weeks in Raleigh. It was a disaster, the Airbnb house (place was not well-kept, dirty, nuisance neighbors). I was fortunate to find WaterWalk. It was my first experience with a condo hotel and I will never go back to traditional hotels -- the convenience is unparalleled.

And the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I cannot say enough about them - every one I encountered during my stay was delightful. I have some upcoming travel to Raleigh and will be back! Bonus points for being dog-friendly.

100% recommend! I am relocating out of state and had checked into an Airbnb house for my last two weeks in Raleigh. Unfortunately, the house was unsuitable (unsafe and not at all clean) and I needed to come up with a plan B in a hurry. WaterWalk to the rescue. So glad I found this place.
STAFF
All have been super friendly and welcoming.
SOUND
Very quiet! No road noise or from the hallway/neighbors.
PETS
Super appreciate them being dog-friendly for a reasonable fee compared to many hotels. Dedicated dog potty area and plenty of tree-lined and well-lit sidewalks.
OTHER
- Very clean. Comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen tools (pots, pans, dishes, etc)
- Near tons of great food options (Indian within walking distance, yum).
- Feels super safe
- Washer and dryer IN THE ROOM

Excellent staff....rooms super comfortable for a longer term stay especially!!!Full kitchen and washer dryer....they have been amazing to accommodate our fluid plans that seem to change much more often than is comfortable! Grateful they provided even salt and pepper to round out the details!! Definitely a top place to stay in the area. Also, in the two bed unit...one bath has a tub...and the other a walk in shower...so flexible for many needs!!!

Great locations, lots of good eats within minutes. The room was perfect. The two bedroom, two bath, was perfect for a friends getaway. The staff made the stay very pleasant. We're already planning to do it again! Grateful to all for a wonderful time!

The staff here is amazing. They are all very friendly and responsive. We rarely hear our neighbors on the sides of us but we constantly hear the people living above us. I'm not sure if the floors are just thin or we live below elephants who never sleep or stop moving. Generally the tenants are pleasant but people tend to leave trash in the common areas or not pick up after their dogs. We looked all over the triangle but Waterwalk was the most reasonably priced for what is included.
