Hertz Car Rental - Raleigh International Airport

We had some wonderful service today from start to finish- the bus guy was great and friendly and helpful and then we were checked in by Gregory who was wonderful! Then we had an issue with the car and Mark and Chloe were so helpful and very patient with us switching vehicles and then called me when I left a bag in the other car. Super props to Chloe K and her amazing service and Mark helping out a ton! Thanks for a great start to our vacation that could have gone a little crazier if you weren’t so great! Great team you have working there!

No problems. Car had small broken license plate light (noted at check out) but other than that, all good. Kinda cool. Since I haven't rented in a long while, they told us the zone our car was, in my case 1, 2 or 3 (we went economy zone 3) and told us to pick any left in zone 3 & key was in car. So we had our pick of about 7 cars. I like this much better than someone just picking a car for you.

Price was very competitive and I got a nicer car than I paid for. The lady at the desk, I believe she said she was originally from out Wes, maybe California, was very nice, polite, friendly, helpful, talkative(in a good way, hence how I know she was from there). The lady at the car check out was nice and friendly even though the weather was miserable. I need a car again in a few weeks, will be renting here again.
