We are a long term client of Toshiba and we've had great service and experience.
I had the pleasure of meeting Shawnie today as she stopped in our office to introduce herself as our new area rep and inform me of all of Toshiba's products and services. I have been having a "Toshiba-type" issue for a few months and had given up hope on rectifying the situation due to the length of time it had been since date of purchase. However, Shawnie's can-do attitude and concern for my issue really made me feel more positive about a solution. She explained a little about why I was having the issue and let me know all the steps she planned on taking before hand. I was very happy about the level of knowledge she had into the processes and appreciated her need to make sure I understood everything. Her commitment to the products and the extreme effort that she made upon meeting me and hearing my concerns really showed me how much she invests in Toshiba as an employee and as a customer. We've had issues in the past, but I'm glad Toshiba has hired such an amazing asset to assist in the RDU market. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. --BMC
