Just up the road from L & A PEANUTS 🥜
Where they have some of the best Cajun butter garlic and plain peanuts around town you can go to the park after you grab a bag of peanuts and hang out play basketball or take the kids down the slide
Cute little park! Playground could use some TLC but overall a nice place for the little ones to run around and explore.
My son loved the little train play areas. We also love having the walking path as well as the field areas to run and play other things besides just the playground equipment.
There every weekend with grand children love the park
Nice park with fences to keep the kids from going too far, although its not completely closed in. There are two areas, one for little kids that was prefect for my almost 2 year old and another for bigger kids. Under the structures is the rubber mat so they don't get hurt. I do with there were more places for adults to sit. There was only one bench near us and it was occupied so we had to sit and eat on the ground. Overall a great playground.
Small park with Basketball court, children's playground, plenty of open space, plenty of shaded area, plenty of tables and grills. The park also features two small and unique dedications/monuments. The short walk from parking to inside the park is beautiful when in bloom. Unfortunately there are no public restrooms here which would seem appropriate given the amount of tables and grills. No water was/is available and the grounds around the court were a mess. No Pets/Dogs allowed. A very beautiful and quiet surrounding adds to the enjoyment. Views include an old church across the street. FREE to visit
