They won't leave you with any questions unanswered and were immediately responsive to emails we sent. At closing Nikhil kept it moving but took the time to explain both what he was required to share and even some stuff we were just curious about. We were worried there may be pieces of the closing package we missed but he went through the whole thing and explained it in terms we could understand. Finally, his price was flat so we paid exactly what he said we would pay and he was even able to get us a less expensive title insurance. They exceeded expectations for us and even our agent is now recommending them. If you want a straightforward and comprehensive closing go to Vyas.

(April 27, 2020, 10:29 am)We recently refinanced our Mortgage and used Vyas Realty for the closing. The Vyas team made the experience very simple and easy. I worked directly with Nick throughout the closing process. Nick worked to reduce my closing costs, and he pushed back on the lender to reduce fees he felt were too expensive. They have the best customers interest at heart.
During this crazy pandemic, the Vyas Team went a step above the rest. They made my wife and I feel comfortable and safe by only allowing essential parties to attend the closing. Certifying the facility was sanitized before and after each closing, and provided sanitizer and offered gloves if we wanted. I was blown away by the customer service.
I would highly recommend Vyas Realty Law. I know plan to keep using their services in the future. -

(March 9, 2020, 11:28 am)Nick and his team are super great to work with. There were no hiccups and he took the time to explain everything fully. I even got a reissue rate on the Title policy since he works with the same company.
I would highly recommend him to anyone closing a real estate transaction.
