They also washed and vacuumed the car after the work was completed and this service is not done by any of the dealers on capital as a complementary token for the customers. David was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, even on a Sunday. It was quite the emergency, but David promised the computer back in three hours same day...they finished within 1 1/2-2 hours. The price was ridiculously affordable, especially comparing it to my only other option of Best Buy that day. They even threw in a new charger for me! “Great work from Doug and his team back in October. My husband works in the construction field himself, but doesn't know that much about home plumping. So he found Doug through a mutual friend. Doug was able to come in and not just help my husband install the new counter tops for our main bathroom, but he was also able to install the new plumbing that it required. Nothing like updating a bathroom, if you ask me. Overall I'd rank the service as excellent. We were able to leave Doug, alone in our home by himself and trust that everything was in good hands.
