(July 20, 2021, 4:01 am)Was very last in line towards the end of the work day, to the point when customers were only let out, but not in, and was accordingly the last customer to exit the premises. Was serviced by a seasoned rep who applied a lucrative trade-in promotional discount to a new phone I purchased, which has roughly cut my cost in half, by far more than the old phone's actual value, as well as spreaded it into 24 easy payments. I had to prepay however the taxes and fees associated with the transaction. I was also let in behind the locked doors to use the bathroom while I waited my turn, which I found clean and pleasant to use. The facility is centrally and conveniently located on a main artery and includes ample parking.
