The Health Dare

I can’t say enough good things about The Health Dare program and staff. I started the program feeling very skeptical and apprehensive, but decided to take a chance. I learned a ton in 12 weeks and lost 15 lbs of fat and several inches. They’ve empowered me with the education I need to keep going to lose even more weight/fat, and keep feeling great.
A bit pricey, but worth it when you meet your goals and feel motivated to keep progressing or maintaining, then keeping that weight off for good and enjoying a new healthier self. I recommend it!

The support and coaching was wonderful! Sarah always worked with our schedule and was very friendly. She helped us understand a better way of eating in a way that felt easy. The weekly phone calls helped us stay on track and motivated us when we were struggling with something. Definitely recommend this program!

The Health Dare program was a great experience, and they are with you every step of the way. Learning how to eat healthier and cut out sugar and white flour was easier than we ever imagined, and we don't miss it at all. The best part for me is I no longer need blood pressure medication. I am completely off of it and feel great! Thank you to our Health Dare Team and this wonderful program!

In early February (2021) after gaining weight during the Pandemic, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. My husband heard about the Health Dare on the radio... so we both decided to sign up for the 90 Day Health Dare Challenge at the end of February. The Health Dare Program is a great way to transition to a healthier lifestyle. After just 60 days into the program, I lost 27 pounds of fat, gained muscle, hydration, and lost 44 inches... but the real icing on the cake ( or I should say the Lily’s Dark Chocolate Glaze on the Wacky Cake) is that my diabetes has been RESOLVED and I NO longer have high blood pressure! My A1C dropped 1.9 points! Yippee!!! The Health Dare Coaches are great, the program is easy to follow, and my HEALTH has improved tremendously in just 8 short weeks. This program is so much more than a weight loss program! I am in the home stretch now and will continue to follow the tips and implement the knowledge gained during the program. I highly recommend doing the 90 Day Health Dare Challenge for the HEALTH of it!

Very easy program to follow. They taught me how to make healthy choices on meal plans. The exercise program was simple and easy to do. I have type 2 diabetes, and this program has gotten my blood sugar down to a point my doctors are very happy. The coaches are great and very encouraging. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who needs to lose weight or needs to get healthier
