(August 1, 2022, 2:45 pm)I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and asked about the cost to replace my brakes. He knew the price and declared it could be done quickly. It was done better than I expected. This was the best repair experience I can remember!! Highly recommend these guys.
(May 8, 2022, 1:55 pm)I receive the best service on 5/2/2022 I was coming home from work and something was on the highway and my tire was gone. Got my vehicle towed to pep boys it was after 6pm by the time my car arrived Greg came right out to assist us some of the best customer service I received in a while. Was so happy to get everything taken care of in that one visit and the young man that change my tire was awesome as well. I will definitely be back when I need service.
(April 11, 2022, 2:07 pm)Brought minivan in for brake pads and turned rotors. Herb was straight up from the very beginning about their professional and ethical standards about not doing any services that were not needed,,, an issue that I have dealt with at many dealerships. At 90K miles with the original pads and rotors, it would not have surprised me if I needed all the pads replaced, if not the front rotors. He informed me that the rear pads and rotors were good and that the front only needs pads and turning the rotors. I was in and out quickly as well as the other waiting customers. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I was put at ease. Although it is a franchise, I felt like I was taken care of like I was family, and from a family business owner who cared more about long-term return customers and good reputation vs just trying to get a quick buck. This location will be my new go-to place. Brakes better than new! newaftthoroughly testing!
(March 25, 2022, 9:34 pm)I made a very last min call to Pep Boys after getting a flat tire on Friday at 6pm. On the other end of the line was Greg. I was very stressed with my two young kids in the car and his patience and kindness quickly put me at ease. He was instantly willing to help and when we arrived I was even more impressed by the service. They were able to plug my tire and Greg pointed out that my inspection was due. Not only did they fix my tire in record speed but Greg also saved me another trip to get an inspection. In and out and with better service than I ever expected Absolutely will be back.
